- Anonymous FTP
- The Anonymous FTP allows your WEB visitors to access an FTP server such as, ftp.yourdomain.com. They can download or upload files through this ftp service. Users can be required to enter a userid and password, for security reasons, or may use the FTP server anonymously.

- Autoresponders
- Autoresponders automatically responds to e-Mail messages. For example, you may wish for users to receive a reply for a request for information. This reply would let your customer know that the E-Mail request has been received and will be processed according to your schedule.

- CGI script support
- All customers have access to a personal cgi-bin directory in which you can place your own custom CGI scripts. CGI scripts can be written in PERL (Practical Extraction Reporting Language) or any other supported language and can be used to extend the basic functionality of the web server. For example, a page counter, that shows how many times your WEB site has been visited.

- Data Transfer
- Refers to the amount of traffic that your WEB site generates. e-Mail traffic is not included in the total amount of data transferred. Editing of WEB sites using Microsoft® FrontPage® is not included in the total data transfers per month allotted to each WEB site. Most WEB site customers use less than 20% of their total data transfer allocation per month. The amount of data transfer that your site generates is dependent on a number of factors. The number of search engines you are hooked to along with the size and number of graphic images on your pages are major factors. - Disk Storage Space
- The amount of storage space allotted to each customer varies with the selected service plan. Storage space refers to the total amount of disk space allocated to each customer and includes disk space used by unread e-Mail messages, graphics files, HTML documents and FTP files. Customers may purchase additional disk space in $10.00 per 10MB increments.

- Domain Name Registration
- A domain name is how users find your WEB site. For example, you entered www.GRBnet.com to access this site. GRBnet.com is our domain name.
- For your business, you will choose a domain name, based on availability, and register that domain name with your country's registration authority. In the United States the registration authority is the Internic.
- GRBnet can register your domain name for you. The current charge for a US domain is $150.00 for the first two years and approximately $50.00 each year thereafter.
- Non-US domains must be registered by the customer. These sites can then be hosted on GRBnet.

- FTP Access
- As a GRBnet customer, you have unlimited 24-hour a day access to your site via FTP. You may use this connection to upload images, HTML documents or other items. However, if you are using FrontPage as your editing mechanism, we suggest that you do not use FTP as it is possible to accidentally delete necessary FrontPage control files. This could result in your web site becoming temporarily unavailable. An FTP tutorial and client software is available in our online support.

- FrontPage
- We can install Microsoft FrontPage extensions for your account. This allows you to use the easy-to-use Microsoft FrontPage 2000 program to create and maintain your web site. FrontPage extensions are installed for all WEB customers automatically. Microsoft provides direct support for all FrontPage users.
Available with all plans- ILS (Internet Locator Service)
- ILS is a service that anyone using Microsoft NetMeeting, or compatible H.323 program, can use to conduct audio/video conferences over the Internet. You can obtain a free copy of NetMeeting by going to:

- Mail Forwarding
- If you wish, mail that is directed to your domain, hosted on GRBnet's WEB server, can be automatically redirected, or forwarded, to another e-Mail account. For example, you may already have an e-Mail account, with another provider, and you want all the incoming e-Mail to your account to be sent there without any of your customers knowing the identity of your true account. GRBnet can setup e-Mail forwarding on all your e-Mail accounts hosted by us at no extra charge.
- To setup forwarding, please send a note to GRBnet technical support at Support@GRBnet.com. Please tell us the existing e-Mail account and the address you wish to have the e-Mail forwarded to.

- Microsoft SQL Server
- Microsoft SQL Server is a heavyweight database engine designed to provide fast access to stored data. We provide the tools to create a searchable DataBase. In most instances, custom programming (commonly Active Server Pages (ASP) or Internet Database Connector (IDC)) is needed to implement a fully functional WEB-to-DataBase interface.

- POP Accounts
- This is the standard type of Internet e-Mail account. A POP3 (Post Office Protocol 3) account is used to receive e-Mail. Each GRBnet plan offers several (up to 11) e-Mail accounts for your usage. In addition to these, there are several AutoResponder and mail forwarding options available.
- When e-Mail is received into a POP3 mailbox, the e-Mail is held there until the user connects to the e-Mail Server and request it to be downloaded.

- RealAudioTM
- Real Networks' RealAudio system is a client-server based streaming media delivery system for the Internet. Providers of news, entertainment, sports, and business content can create and deliver audio-based streaming multimedia content through the Internet to audiences worldwide. We not only provide the server extensions but also include step by step instructions to include RealAudio in your web pages. Real Audio support will coming soon to GRBnet.

- SSL Secure Server
- SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a public-key encryption mechanism that has been is use for several years on the Internet. It is a popular way to secure data transmissions between a client and the server. SSL is commonly used to send sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, to a merchant.

- Statistics
- All customers can receive a detailed WEB report showing the top ten most requested pages in your web every month. Reports also include the number of visits to your WEB site. These reports are sent via e-Mail at the beginning of every month. There are over twenty standard reports to select from.
- Fees for this service are modest and available with all plans.
